FIANO ROMANO VILLA

Fiano Romano Villa project is located north of Rome, Italy, within a small town on a 5,000 m² plot of land. The residential complex consists of four 80 m² villas. The architectural and interior design work is based on the project foundation and facade layout provided by the client, which aligns with the surrounding urban fabric and building forms. The open space and facade design aim to achieve a spacious, green, yet warm appearance with minimal material usage. A wooden veranda at the building entrance is directly connected to the pool. The interior design strives for a luxurious, elegant, yet cozy home appearance alongside a minimalist look. The main feature of the house is a living room with an open kitchen, while two bedrooms are designed within the general interior design framework.
